Performance Photography
For on-location photography of small and large music ensembles, dance and theatre groups, poetry and book readings etc., the fee is €350 per performance*.
This includes an unlimited image selection, colour correction, photo editing, artistic treatment (with variations including suggestions for monochrome images), artefact removal where necessary and online delivery of web and high resolution images.
Where fewer images are required or reduced editing is sufficient, the fee can be adjusted accordingly. Please feel free to contact me to discuss the details of your project.

Portrait Sessions
– In Studio for Individuals or groups: Portraits and full body images with clothing changes, with or without props* for your projects, online-presence, social media, print materials and other uses are charged at €250 for the first 1.5 hours. Additional time at €150 per hour.
(*) an additional small fee for use of some furniture and instrument props
– On-location sessions for Individuals or groups: Portraits and full body images at the Berlin indoor or outdoor location of your choice. Fees are charged at €350 for the first 1.5 hours. Additional time at the location is billed at €150 per hour.
The fees above include online delivery of the proofs (all of the photos taken during the session, preview resolution) for you to choose from. Further more the fee includes colour correction, image editing, artistic treatment with variations and artefact removal to David Beecroft Photography professional standards for up to 20 of your choice in monochrome and colour, which are available to you as a download in the resolution(s) tailored to your projects needs. Additional fully edited images from the same session are available at €25 per motif.
Event Photography
A minimum fee of €350 applies for up to 1.5 hours of coverage. Each additional hour is charged at €150.
The price includes professional photo editing, licensing for trade publications, social media, and online delivery of the images.
Location Branding
For clubs, businesses, sport, wellness, coaching studios and medical practices. The fee is €350 for the first 1.5 hours. Additional time at the location is billed at €150 per hour. The fee includes on site discussion of concept depiction and to understand the important elements of your location and process.
Real Estate and Architectural Photography
For agents, individuals architects and interior designers. The fee is €350 for the first 1.5 hours.
Fee includes editing of chosen photos. Additional editing is billed at €60 per hour.
Full day rate is €1200. Photo editing is billed additionally at €60 per hour.
These prices include archival storage of RAW camera files. The granting of non-exclusive, perpetual rights of use (einfaches, zeitlich unbegrenztes Nutzungsrecht) for the delivered images for social media, websites, and print media.
Copyright (Urheberrecht) remains with the photographer.
Pricing quoted above is a guide and may vary where distance and/or job complexity are an issue or equipment rentals are necessary.
§ Nutzungsrechte / Copyright
(1) The photographer grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual right of use (einfaches, zeitlich unbegrenztes Nutzungsrecht) to the delivered images for use on websites, social media platforms, and in print media.
(2) The copyright (Urheberrecht) to all images remains exclusively with the photographer.
(3) Any use beyond the scope defined in paragraph (1), in particular commercial resale, sublicensing, transfer to third parties, use by external organisations, or use for advertising by third parties, requires prior written consent from the photographer and may be subject to additional licensing fees.
(4) The delivery of RAW files or unedited image material is excluded, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
(5) Image files may not be altered, manipulated, or used in a misleading context without the photographer’s consent, except for technically necessary formatting or resizing.
Please note that 7% or 19% MwSt is added to the above pricing, depending upon the nature and usage of the finished work (artistic or commercial).
